  WSET® LEVEL 1 AWARD 
  IN WINES
 
This qualification is ideal for consumers who are new to the world of wine and to front-of-house staff in bars and restaurants.   It provides basic product knowledge, food and wine pairing, and a step by step approach to tasting and understanding wine.​
 
Cost for the class includes WSET® study materials, certification exam and a set of 6 professional ISO tasting glasses in addition to all wines that will be sampled during the class.  Class runs for 5 weeks, 4 weeks of lecture and tasting with one week for the exam.
 
(Successful students will receive a certificate and WSET Level 1 Award in wine lapel pin)

  IN WINES AND SPIRITS

This qualification is popular with consumers
who have a basic understanding of wine, grape varieties and regions as well as beverage managers, retail employees and seasoned servers and bartenders.  This class gives
students a broad range all-round product knowledge and provides a deeper
understanding into the world of wine.
 
The aim of the course is to focus on the key
grape varieties and regions of the world, and principle varieties of spirits.  
 
Cost for the class includes WSET® study materials, certification exam and a set of 6 professional ISO tasting glasses in addition to
all wines that will be sampled during the class.  Class runs for 9 weeks, 8 weeks of lecture and tasting with one week for the exam.
